Reporting Child Abuse Images

NTL work closely with the Internet Watch Foundation to ensure the protection of children on the Internet. If you need to file a report about child abuse images please do so directly with the IWF by using the Hotline webform at http://www.iwf.org.uk/reporting.htm
NTL do not carry out any investigations relating to this type of illegal online material as the IWF are the correct regulatory body that have the official responsibility for doing so. The IWF will refer directly to the Police/NCIS where necessary.

We have recently become aware that some customers have been receiving blank emails. These emails have been found to originate from outside of the ntl network and are failed attempts to send junk mail.

We would recommend that the first thing that anyone who receives a blank email does is to delete it. If you continue to receive blank emails or you receive a large number of blank emails, we would recommend that you send an abuse report to the network that the emails were sent from. As we are aware of the issue there is no need to file a report with ntl.
